
Maryam Sanda
Maryam Sanda is a disciplined self-motivated and industrious working personality. She is a human resource expert with over 4 years of experience in administrative humanitarian activities, especially in office management, and administrative and general activities. Currently, she is the Human Resource Assistant for Center for Advocacy, Transparency and Advocacy Initiative (CATAI) in Maiduguri Borno state, and she was a field investigator for Opinion Research Business and Management System International under the Nigerian Monitoring Project funded by USAID. She possesses excellent writing and communication skills, she is goal-oriented, employee-centered, diligent, and an advocate for peacebuilding.
She holds a BS.c and Diploma in Public Administration and she has more than 2 year’s experience in data collection, enumeration, and monitoring of Health, Food assistance, Nutrition, Wash, and Protection sectors funded by the USAID across INGOs in the northeast bay state regions, she is passionate about employee motivation and development, peacebuilding and collating quality data.
At CATAI, Maryam Sanda is responsible for managing recruitment processes, and annual promotions, overseeing employee benefits and wellness programs, and developing, promoting, and enforcing personnel policies.
